I'm going to share with you the super model diet that is followed by most models to help them get those great bodies. You're going to have to get off that 2-3meals/day diet plan because that just doesn't stimulate enough metabolism. Basically, to have rapid fire fat burning, you're going to need to have your metabolism running at a peak rate. The only way to achieve this is to start eating a meal every 2-3hrs. This meal should be smaller than a typical meal, but it must have the typical makings of a regular meal which contains protein, carbs and fat.
Our metabolism is directly tied to our digestive system. If we put our body in a constant state of digestion, you'll burn more calories and drop more fat from your body.


Knowing what to eat
I'm not going to give you foods here, but a break down of protein, carbs and fat. You should eat the same amount of protein with each meal. There is no reason to fluctuate with it. When it comes to carbs, it should follow your activities. That means in the morning you should have more carbs and before you goto the gym. The evenings before bed should have no carbs at all. Lastly, fat slows down your digestive system, so it is best used at slow times. Eat your fat in the evening. This will all help you to achieve the super model diet.
