If you have any interest at all in building muscle mass and shaping your body, you have for sure seen the fitness magazines on the rack talking about workout plans, fad diets, and home gym setups. It is not as simple as buying a magazine!
Second, many of the models appearing in such magazines have been training their entire lives, with professionals helping them every step of the way. Do you honestly think they got the bodies they have by reading a magazine and trying a few tips? Don't chase the dream that this is an easy process, because I promise you it is not.
In order to build muscle you need two main components - an expertly designed exercise routine, and a well planned diet. Without both of these elements, you will not succeed in your efforts to build a better body. Magazines rarely if ever go into the important role diet plays into your success. Diet is as important, if not MORE important than exercises and workout routines.
In order to gain mass in a safe, effective way, you need an entire program and lifestyle change specifically designed to get you where you want to be. No magazine article will ever get you there, because it is too hard and they would never sell any issues!
